Terms and Commercial Disclaimer

Current version · Last updated: 23 September 2026

ProcureMatch identifies and analyses potential business opportunities and may support a legitimate introduction between parties. An identified opportunity is not a contract and does not guarantee an outcome.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: the contracting entity, jurisdiction, governing law, liability, taxes and commercial terms must be approved before monetisation or contracting.

1. What ProcureMatch does

ProcureMatch may discover and analyse public or private opportunities, verify relevant information, identify potential commercial counterparties, clarify missing information, support an RFQ or request for quotation, compare commercially relevant alternatives and facilitate an introduction where appropriate.

2. What ProcureMatch is not

ProcureMatch is not a public authority, contracting authority, buyer, supplier, legal representative or financial broker merely because it analyses or presents an opportunity. Any representative role would require a separate, explicit mandate.

3. Sources of information

Information may come from public sources, tender documents, websites, permitted databases, manufacturers, distributors, buyers, suppliers and other counterparties. Commercial information may be incomplete, may change and may require independent confirmation.

4. No guarantee of outcome

ProcureMatch does not guarantee availability, price, stock, capacity, timing, eligibility, contract award, savings, commercial success or counterparty performance. Technical compatibility does not guarantee commercial compatibility.

5. Current service charge

ProcureMatch is currently providing its opportunity-matching and business-introduction service free of charge. No subscription or payment is currently required to explore an opportunity, request verified publicly available professional business contact details where applicable, or receive a legitimate business introduction through the current service. This is the current service policy, not a promise that all future services will remain free.

6. Cost and quotation

A supplier's quoted price is not necessarily the final delivered or executed cost. Transport, duties, insurance, compliance, timing, installation, payment terms and other risks may change the result. Any final quotation must be confirmed by the party issuing it.

7. No implied order or contract

Identifying, analysing or introducing an opportunity does not automatically create an order, payment obligation, mandate, exclusivity arrangement or contract between a user, ProcureMatch and a counterparty. Any commitment must be established separately and explicitly by the competent parties.

8. User responsibility

Users remain responsible for technical, commercial, legal, tax and compliance checks, counterparty due diligence, and the final decision to quote, buy, sell, participate or contract. Qualified professional advice should be obtained where appropriate.

9. Submitting a request

A form submission confirms only that a request has been received for review. It is not acceptance, representation, a quotation, order, contract, validation of an opportunity or confirmation that a business opportunity has been established. ProcureMatch may contact the submitter for clarification. Any decision to create or bind a commercial case is separate and controlled.

10. Documents and materials

The website form does not accept documents. If documents are requested separately, the user must have the right to provide them and should avoid passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. A document provided by a user or counterparty is not automatically considered verified or authentic.
